Chroma Gather is a community resource for glass color knowledge. These Terms govern your use of the site.

- Posting someone else's private information without consent
- Spamming or advertising
- Impersonating someone else
- Uploading illegal content
- Pornographic or obscene content
We may remove content or restrict access if you break these guidelines.
4. Your Content
You own the content you post on Chroma Gather. Nothing in these Terms takes away your ownership.
By uploading content, you give us a license to use it only for the normal operation of the site. This includes hosting your content, storing and backing it up, displaying it to other users, organizing it, and making technical copies as needed to keep the service running smoothly and securely.
This license is non-exclusive, royalty-free, worldwide, and perpetual, and it is transferable or sublicensable only when necessary to operate or maintain the service — such as using hosting providers or if the site is ever sold or transferred to a new owner.
We do not sell your content. We do not use your photos, comments, or other uploads as advertising creative.
Chroma Gather may display third-party advertisements on some pages of the site (for example, through Google AdSense). Those ads are served by advertising partners and are separate from user-submitted content. Showing ads on the site does not mean we are using your uploads in those advertisements.
You may delete your content at any time. When you delete content, it is removed from the live site. Copies may continue to exist temporarily in backups or archives but will be removed automatically as those backups expire.
5. Privacy
We respect your privacy. We only collect the information needed to make the site function well (like cookies or usage analytics), and:
- We won't sell your personal data
- We won't use your content or personal info as advertising creative
- We'll do our best to protect your information

8. Limitation of Liability
We do our best to keep the site running smoothly, but we can't guarantee it'll always be perfect.
We are not responsible for:
- Any harm caused by site downtime, bugs, or broken features

We will notify you if there is a major change in ownership. You may delete your account or remove your content at any time.
