About this Color

From Molten Aura Labs: Agate is an EffecTone that swirls with browns, whites, and subtle blues. Similar to our AuraTones, this will opacify the more it is worked, and can be cleared out with a hot, sharp flame. However, it is an EffecTone, and as such will develop light and dark areas less predictably, creating more of a “Raku” glaze effect. This color works well in a wide range of flame types but neutral is recommended. As always, blowouts give optimum results. Recommended Garage/Anneal temp: 1075°F
