About this Color
From Glass Alchemy: Lighter than Cobalt-4, Cobalt-3 is a nice middle of the road Cobalt Blue. We are introducing this color to provide artists with a nice in-between color, suitable for many applications. Darker than Brilliant Blue, lighter than Cobalt-4, Cobalt-3 is the best of all worlds. Working Tip: Work in neutral flame to avoid reduction (gray streaks).
